DELIVERY
Do you deliver?
Delivery is included in the cost of the installation. For customers who wish to install their own appliances, curbside delivery of stoves and fireplaces and spas is provided free of charge, to any home in Kittitas County.
I need to replace my woodstove and will install it myself. Will you place my new wood stove in the same spot for me?
We will bring the stove in to the home and place it to your specifications for a fee that will vary depending upon how
many stairsteps and other issues might be involved. Our crew will not hook up the new stove to the existing venting material.
FINANCING
Do you have financing available?
We currently offer AquaVantage financing, with a variety of programs to meet your financing needs. The application process is very quick and an answer is usually provided within an hour.
INSTALLATION
Do you install your products?
Yes, we do. Installation labor charges vary depending on the ceiling height, the number of stories, roof pitch, and other site-specific issues.
Do you subcontract out your installations?
NO! Installations are done by our employees. Our crew is trained and experienced in every type of stove and fireplace installation. We are licensed, bonded and insured.
What about gas plumbing?
We are happy to bid your gas plumbing needs, for all your gas appliances or just the unit you purchase from us.
Will you do the finish work?
We don't do finish work, but we are happy to provide suggestions of excellent local stonemasons, rock/tile layers, and finish carpenters.
PERMITS
What permits will I need in order to installmy new fireplace or stove?
If you live in the City of Ellensburg, you will need a permit from the Community Development Department.
SERVICE/WARRANTY
Do you service heating stoves and fireplaces?
We service any model that we sell. Customers who purchased their appliance from us have first priority on our service man's calendar.
